Contents
In this training, you will learn the skills you need to implement and verify the requirements of the VDA 6.1 standard as an auditor. The following questions, among others, will be addressed: How can QM system audits be carried out in your own organization or those of your suppliers? How can international QM requirements be implemented? How can you assure yourself of their effectiveness?
Objectives
• You will be familiar with the basics of process management.
• You will be able to describe the audit process.
• You will be familiar with the six U elements and the Z1 element “Corporate strategy” as well as the Sixteen P elements in detail.
• You will be able to evaluate in points in a technically correct manner and calculate the degree of fulfillment adequately.
• You will be able to explain the classification.
• You will implement the requirements of the VDA 6.1 standard as an auditor in a technically correct manner.
• You will be able to verify the requirements of the VDA 6.1 standard.
Concept and Methods
The training alternates between technical presentations and group work. Group work promotes the transfer of what has been learned into your own working practice. Special emphasis is placed on the exchange of experiences.
Target Audience
• Prospective internal or supplier auditors from the automotive industry or vehicle and parts manufacturing
• Auditors from certification companies
Prerequisites for Attendance
• Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001
• For further requirements, see overview
• Strong knowledge of QM tools and methods
Certificate of Qualification
After passing the knowledge test (Multiple-Choice-Test), you will receive a certificate of qualification.
