Hard magnetic materials are functional materials used for the production of permanent magnets. These are used in many technical applications such as electromobility, electric motors and sensor technology, which place high demands on performance, efficiency and reliability. This document deals with the most important properties and metrological recording of hard magnetic materials.
The document is therefore a recommendation for dealing with this group of materials in the chain from the manufacturer to TIER X to the OEM.
