The objective is the visual assessment of color effects at components in the vehicle interior, which are caused by the used materials, colorants and and their surface structure.

Assessment of color differences of:

• molded parts whose surface is on a range from high gloss to silk to matt finish,
• molded parts with a structured and/or textile surface,
• solid colors (for effect colors, see Part C).
